Access Control Systems in Boise

Keycard, fob, and mobile credential door entry

From $1,650 per door (reader + lock + wiring)

We install access control systems from Openpath, Brivo, Kisi, Avigilon, and ProdataKey — card readers, mobile credentials, mag locks, strikes, request-to-exit sensors, and door contacts. Full audit logs, user-level permissions, and scheduled unlock windows.

Access control is where low-voltage meets door hardware, fire code, and IT, and that's where most installs go sideways. We coordinate with your locksmith on strike and mag-lock compatibility, pull clean Cat6 to every reader with PoE where supported, and integrate with your camera system so a badge swipe automatically bookmarks the video clip. For HIPAA-sensitive offices we configure per-user audit trails so you can prove who opened which door at which minute months later.

Frequently asked

Can I use my phone instead of a keycard?+

Yes — we default to mobile credentials (Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, or the vendor app) for most modern installs. They're harder to clone than 125 kHz prox cards and cheaper to issue/revoke.
