New Construction Low-Voltage Rough-In in Boise

Pre-drywall cabling that passes inspection

Bid per project — typically $1.20–$2.50 / sq ft

General contractors love us because we show up when we say we will, coordinate with the electrical and framing crews, and keep our paperwork clean. We handle data, phone, TV, security camera, access control, and alarm rough-in — one trade, one schedule, one invoice.

On Treasure Valley new-construction jobs we've seen too many projects lose two weeks because the low-voltage sub ghosted. We commit to a rough-in window in writing, stage material ahead of time, and send a lead with authority to make on-site decisions — not an apprentice with a radio. After trim-out we deliver stamped as-built drawings the inspector will actually accept on the first walk, and we come back for any punch-list items without a change-order fight.

Frequently asked

When should we schedule rough-in?+

After electrical rough, before drywall. We need the framing complete, HVAC and plumbing mostly roughed, and a clear path for our cables. Walk the job with us 1–2 weeks before you want us on site and we'll lock the schedule.
